Return Policy
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Exchange Policy
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been installed or used
- Products with removed or damaged packaging
- Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are transferred to your bank account.
